She has no clue who could be stalking her, but feels that she does not need a bodyguard. She can protect herself. Gray is the typical male hero. He wants to protect Paisley. Both are quickly falling in love, but like most individuals neither knows whether to trust their new feelings. Mrs. Tyler wrote Protective Custody in such a way that I was drawn into the story and I felt like I was a part of the story.
